This is a class that can be conducted at the request of anyone in the operations group. Should an issue arise that requires special attention a class can be put together by pooling the resources of the operations managers, the technology group and the Training Center. There are times that unusual problems arise that requires special training be put together quickly so that our techs can be updated.
